Upon arriving at the archaeological site, we will begin the tour with a visit to the museum, where we will learn about the history of this ancient culture and observe relics that are over 1,000 years old.

TOUR TIME :

3 HOURS OF TOUR

During the visit to the archaeological site, we will walk through the streets of this ancient city. We’ll visit the Pyramid of the Sun (the 8th largest in the world), walk a portion of the Avenue of the Dead, which stretches approximately 2.5 miles, and visit and climb the Pyramid of the Moon (about 65ft high to the first level), along with the surrounding temples. Afterwards, we will explore the Citadel and see the Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl, one of the best-preserved pyramids in the area.

From the archaeological site to the Basilica of Guadalupe, it takes approximately 1 hour, although this may vary due to traffic.

GUADALUPE´S BASILICA

Upon arriving at the Basilica, we will begin the tour by visiting the new Basilica, where you will be able to see the sacred mantle bearing the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe.

TOUR TIME :

2.5 HOURS OF TOUR

During our visit to the complex, we will explore: the New Basilica of Guadalupe, the current resting place of the miraculous cloak and the largest building in the complex; the Old Basilica, which served as the main temple for over 300 years; the former Capuchin Convent of Santa María Guadalupe, founded in 1797; the Old Parish of the Indigenous People, the oldest structure in the complex and home to the remains of the first temples where the cloak was originally kept; the Chapel of the Well; the Tepeyac gardens; and the Church on the Hill. We will explore the most significant parts of the site and end the visit by receiving a blessing from a priest next to the New Basilica. (IN CASE YOU CANNOT TO WALK TO MUCH THE VISIT WILL BE SHORTER ON TIME OR VISIT JUST SOME BUILDINGS)

At this moment We are a small growing agency. Our agency has 1 new vehicle 2025 + 3 new vans 2024. So when the tour is from 1-3 people the vehicle is a car (it can be our new vehicle or the vehicle of your guide). We use a van or minivan after 4 people.

Is my guide the same driver?

Usually if the tour is for 1 to 3 people the guide is the same driver. After 4 people We use a van with 10/13 seats or minivan for 7 passengers. Usually in minivan is the same guide the driver.
